Come work with a coach in a small group setting where we will be committed to helping you get better each day! Classes will be offered on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Our program will offer constantly varied fitness and functional movements to help increase strength, power, agility, speed, balance, coordination, and athleticism. Athletes will test, be tracked, and be able to log and track progress
You will work on proper technique of many different lifts and exercises that will aid in sports performance and overall fitness.
Not only will this be beneficial physically, but participation can promote confidence, teamwork, stress relief, and a strong work ethic.
