You will participate in a minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions. You and CrossFit Trainer will focus on utilizing CrossFit methodologies, bodyweight movements, and light weight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout too.
Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the coach! Find some space in the gym and get ready for the class to begin
[A.] Intro + Warm up
Class will begin with the CrossFit coach going over what the agenda and structure for the day, followed by a coach-led warm up designed specifically to prepare your body for that day’s workout.
[B.] STRENGTH/SKILL
Some days are strength days (squat, deadlifts, olympic llifting, and some days are skill days. Strength is a core fundamental of living a healthy and fucntional life style!
[C.] CONDITIONING
Each day will have some sort of metabolic conditioning, ranging anywhere from 2 minutes to 40 minutes!.
Nobody ever regrets going in to the gym, but most do when they skip it. You can check your box of something completed for the day and feel good!
